How many homes are in the development?
Four. Magnolia is a small, boutique project of four four-bedroom townhomes.
What are the home sizes?
Interiors range from approximately 1,600 to 1,665 sq ft. Each home includes three bedrooms upstairs plus a lower-level flex room that functions as a fourth bedroom or home office.
Is parking included?
Yes. Each home has a single garage plus a driveway, providing space for two vehicles.
When is completion?
Winter 2026.

Is there a warranty on the homes?
Yes. Each home is covered by the BC 2-5-10 home warranty through Pacific Home Warranty.
